How we handle your data on this website — kept deliberately short, because we collect as little as possible.
This is the website of Restaurant „GO essen im Rössle“ in Hohberg. Without your consent we set no analytics or marketing cookies. Statistics services (Google Analytics 4) load only after you have agreed in the cookie banner. Beyond that, we process personal data only when you actively send it to us — for example when making a reservation or pickup order by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Restaurant „GO essen im Rössle“, Olga Saretschnew, 77749 Hohberg. Email: mail.essen.go@gmail.com, phone: +49 160 1282801.
We take reservations and pickup orders by phone, WhatsApp or email. In doing so we process the data you provide — name, phone number or email address, party size, date, time and any notes (e.g. allergies or occasion) — solely to process and confirm your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to / performance of a contract).
This data is stored only as long as needed to handle your booking and to meet retention obligations. We do not pass it on to third parties except where required to deliver the service (e.g. our email provider).
If you contact us directly, we process the details you provide in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Note: WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; if you message us there, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
When you open our pages, the hosting provider automatically stores technical access data (IP address, date/time, browser type, requested file). This is required for a secure, stable connection (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data or used to identify you personally.
Fonts and program libraries on this website are served locally from our own server; no external content-delivery networks are used for them. To show directions and our rooms we embed maps from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) — when these maps load, Google receives your IP address. Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps only open when you click them. We have no influence on the processing carried out by these providers.
Statistics and marketing services that set cookies or transmit data to third parties are activated only after your explicit consent. On your first visit you are shown a cookie banner where you can accept or decline individual categories. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25 (1) TDDDG).
Your choice is stored and applies to future visits. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the „Privacy settings“ link in the page footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
After your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, integrated via the WordPress plugin „Site Kit by Google“. Analytics helps us understand how our website is used (e.g. pages visited, approximate origin, device used) in order to improve it.
In doing so, cookies (incl. _ga, _ga_*) are set and usage data is processed. Your IP address is used by Google only for coarse geolocation and is not stored permanently. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses in addition. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
Without consent, Analytics runs in Google „Consent Mode“: no analytics cookies are set and no personal measurement takes place. Full measurement happens only after you agree. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the privacy settings.
For some display preferences the site may store small, technically necessary values in your browser’s local storage. These stay on your device, are not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart.
